The Bell Auditorium Addition and Renovation

McKnight Construction oversaw the monumental Addition and Renovation of the Bell Auditorium, maintaining its historic façade while adding modern amenities. The project included the addition of new bathrooms, a VIP club, a speakeasy lounge, and improved dressing room access with a new elevator. Significant discoveries during the renovation, such as the original terrazzo flooring and terracotta blocks, were preserved and integrated into the updated design.  Construction was ongoing while McKnight led tours for the media, community leaders, and shareholders at the owners request.
