McKnight Construction built the new Via Cognitive Health Center, which provides revolutionary programs for Alzheimer's and dementia care through innovative day programs, education, and support.  McKnight served as Via's construction expert and advocate from preconstruction to completion. The project was multi-phase, allowing the nonprofit Via Board to secure funding in stages. As a CM at Risk project, McKnight ensured quality and cost control throughout the construction process.
