The AIS contract included a 6,000 SF renovation of half the floor while the other half remained occupied. The existing 6,000 SF office space was gutted down to the concrete structure.  New installation included all new walls, ceiling, flooring, lights, entire mechanical system and ductwork as well as a full renovation of the electrical system.  The project included a high security SCIF, which is a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility that the US Department of Defense uses to protect classified information from electronic surveillance.
